I finally decided to put it out there that I actually really want to get summer ready. Normally I will think it but that usually lasts for a few days and then comfort sets in and I fall back into my normal routine of doing absolutely nothing about it. After discussing this phenomenon with Natalie Roos we realized we are rather similar in this regard and agreed to motivate each other. Natalie really wants to achieve being bikini ready for her end of year Thailand trip and I really want to be bikini ready for clifton. But that said we decided to take it one step further and blog it so we could rely on all our readers to also motivate us on.
Natalie and I will be tracking our progress week by week. Sharing our exercise routines, diet and beauty tips with our readers. We will be sharing it all, the highs and the lows but also the noticeable different we can pick up by sticking to our summer transformation routines and in turn hopefully encourage some of you to do the same. Both Natalie and I are busy ladies juggling work, relationships, friends, running a home, blogging and attending events and social commitments so just like you we have to seriously commit to our program by including it in our daily routine.
